Prayer for Vocations

Gracious and Loving God,

may the joyful and faithful witness

of the monks of New Melleray

inspire others

to embrace the beauty and holiness

of the Cistercian monastic way

here at this place.

May their desire always be to pass on the life that

they have received so that others may discover

in this simple vocation

their own authentic response

to the Lord’s invitation

“Come, follow me.”

We ask this through Christ

our Lord.
